Taylor Jocoy is an Associate at DAUM Commercial Real Estate who came to DAUM after spending several years as an agent at KW Commercial. Looking for more support and resources for his clients, Taylor joined DAUM as an Associate in 2020. Shortly after joining DAUM he was awarded “Salesperson of the Month” in DAUM’s Woodland Hills office. Additionally, Taylor set the all-time highest price per square foot sale during the Covid-19 pandemic in Moorpark during his tenure at DAUM.

Taylor is servicing the Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and San Fernando Valley markets. Taylor specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial buildings for owners, users, and investors. He was raised in the Conejo Valley and after graduating from UCLA, Taylor obtained his real estate license. He is eager to deliver the highest possible customer service to his clients.
