Zach Boebel joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in 2021 after spending 5-years with interPres Commercial Real Estate. Specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial and investment properties within the greater Los Angeles market, he has been involved in numerous transactions since his start in 2016. Zach focuses his efforts on building long-term relationships with his clients that provide superior business real estate solutions to increase net value and insure improved operational efficiencies.

Zach was born and raised in Valencia, California and currently lives with his wife in Santa Monica. Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Zach worked as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist in individual and small group settings. He specialized in athletic performance and rehabilitation. He is an avid sports fan who enjoys exercising, the outdoors, football, golfing, and seeing live music.
