The applicant should be a self-starter, have strong communication skills and be sales oriented. Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales prospects by cold calling and market canvassing

  • Manage a book of business

    • At $375,000 Gross, you qualify for DAUM’s “President’s Club” trip
    • At $375,000 Gross, you start the next year at 60%

The available position is located in our City of Industry, CA branch office.

Job Requirements:

Requirements include a Associates Degree, preferably a BA or BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, Real Estate or related major; 1-2 years experience in real estate brokerage experience is preferred. The applicant should be a self-starter, highly organized, creative, detail oriented and coupled with superior customer service skills. Along with strong written and communication skills; the applicant should be extremely proficient in using all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook. In addition, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus. The position requires a strong aptitude for quickly learning new software programs, supporting high-energy salespeople and the ability to meet tough deadlines with a positive attitude.
