DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that they represented ICC-CHT LLC in the sale of a 95,005 square foot industrial building on approximately 5.22 acres of land, located in Irvine, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $8,650,000 ($91 PSF).

Mike Barreiro and Gavin Denniston of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the buyer in the transaction. The property is located at 17352 Von Karman Avenue.
