DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Ultimate Industries in the disposition of a 37,500 square foot, pride of ownership, industrial building located at 138 University Parkway in the city of Pomona, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $3,562,500 ($95 PSF).

Dennis Sandoval and Andy Hu of DAUM’s San Gabriel Valley office represented Ultimate Industries (seller) in the transaction.

Kathy Chiu of Coldwell Banker George Realty represented the Suntend LLC (buyer) in the transaction.
