Brad Levin is a Principal with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, joining the firm in 1988, after graduating from Long Beach State with a degree in Business Communications.  Mr. Levin is one of the Top Producing agents for DAUM throughout the South Bay Marketplace and consistently qualifies for the President’s Club, which is DAUM’s Top Honors.  Mr. Levin has represented numerous clients with involvement in real estate sales and leasing.  Mr. Levin has been active in all areas of commercial real estate including industrial, retail, office, and investments.  He is also a Principal in development for his own portfolio, which includes the development of the approximate 80,000 SF North Montclair Business Park

– Represented the Buyer in the purchase of 115,000 SF industrial building in Rancho Dominguez.
– Represented the Purchaser in the acquisition of a 130,000 SF industrial building in Carson from Deutsche Bank (Seller).
– Represented Rexford Industrial Real Estate in the leasing of 49,309 SF in Harbor City in a 10-year lease transaction.
– Represented the Buyer in the purchase of Chino Gateway Business Center which consists of a 96,120 SF multi-tenant building from Overton Moore Properties.
– Represented both Buyer, Public Storage, and Seller, Dunbar Real Estate Investments, in repositioning the asset of 83,154 SF at 4880 W. Rosecrans Ave.
– Represented Buyer, Agron (Adidas North America) Corporation, in the purchase of 120,000 SF industrial building at 2060 E. Via Arado, Rancho Dominguez.
– Represented Seller and brought in Buyer, KTR LLC, in the sale of 100,000 SF industrial building at 350-390 W. Manville St., Compton.
– Represented Ziman Properties in the purchase of Empire Business Center consisting of a five-building approximately 40,000 SF multi-tenant park in Riverside. The Seller was California National Bank.
– Represented the Buyer, Agron (Adidas North America) Corporation, in the purchase of 100,000 SF 2-unit industrial building in Compton from First Industrial Realty.
– Represented Nissensen Realty Investments in the renewal of Mattel Corporation in 73,000 SF industrial building in El Segundo.
– Represented Prologis in leasing 100,000 SF industrial building at 350 Manville, Compton.
– Represented IDI Logistics in purchase of 28,777 SF in Santa Fe Springs.
– Represented Agron in leasing 111,000 SF from Rexford.
– Represented Nissenson Realty in leasing 52,000 SF to Iron Mountain in Gardena.
