-Represented Gordon Brush in the purchase of a 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the City of Commerce
-Represented the lessor, Harold Roach Construction, and the lessee, Cal-Tex Plastic, in the 32,000 square foot plastic manufacturing facility for 7 years in the City of Vernon
-Represented the buyer in the purchase of a 44 unit residential loft building.  Total consideration: $7,550,000
