Eric joined DAUM in 2006 and has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience in the Inland Empire. He specializes in Industrial, Investment Sales, Land Sales, Land Development, Sale Leaseback, Landlord and Tenant Representation, Site Search and Acquisitions. Eric has been responsible for marketing over 1,500 acres of land with a total transaction value of over $500 million. He is currently marketing over 5 million square feet of industrial development including representation of CapRock, REDA/Clarion, Broodfield, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Prologis, Alere Property Group and Duke Realty. Eric is a top producer and has qualified for the President’s Club consistently. With his pulse on the market, Eric stays current with market trends and changes. He was raised and currently lives in the Inland Empire and has years of experience in the transportation and Agriculture business. As an entrepreneur himself and being fully invested in his community, Eric has made strong relationships throughout the Inland Empire. He is keenly aware and conscientious of the changing market and works diligently and with integrity to meet the needs of his diverse clientele.
