Eric joined DAUM in 2006 and brings over 22 years of commercial real estate experience in the Inland Empire. He specializes in industrial brokerage, investment sales, land sales, land development, sale‑leasebacks, landlord and tenant representation, site search, and acquisitions. Eric has marketed more than 3,000 acres of land and completed over $3 billion in transaction value. He is currently representing over 4 million square feet of industrial development for clients including CapRock, REDA/Clarion, Transwestern Development, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Prologis, Alere Property Group, and Duke Realty. A consistent top producer and long‑standing President’s Club qualifier, Eric maintains a strong pulse on the market—leveraging deep industry knowledge and strong community relationships to drive results. Raised and rooted in the Inland Empire, he also brings hands‑on experience in the transportation and agriculture industries.
