As Executive Vice President and Principal of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Service, and over 30 years of industrial real estate experience in the Inland Empire, Mr. Andros has leased and sold over 40 million square feet of industrial buildings and sold over 500 acres of industrial land for “ground up” development. He has successfully represented (and continues to represent) significant institutional landlords/developers in the area including Prologis, Panattoni Development, REDA, Clarion Partners, Oakmont Development, CBRE Investors, Alere, IDI Logistics to name a few. Additionally, Mr. Andros has extensive experience in tenant representation including a recent 1 million square foot build-to-suit with a furniture distributor from the east coast.
