As Executive Vice President and Principal at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, Gus Andros brings more than 35 years of industrial real estate experience throughout the Inland Empire. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 40 million square feet of industrial lease and sale transactions and facilitated the sale of more than 500 acres of industrial land for ground-up development projects.
Mr. Andros has extensive experience representing many of the region’s most prominent institutional owners, developers, and investors, including Prologis, Panattoni Development, REDA, Clarion Partners, Oakmont Development, CBRE Global Investors, Alere Property Group, and IDI Logistics, among others.
In addition to his landlord and developer representation work, Mr. Andros has developed a strong tenant representation practice, advising regional and national occupiers on complex lease transactions, build-to-suit assignments, and long-term strategic real estate planning. Recent assignments include the representation of a furniture distributor in a ±1,000,000 square foot build-to-suit transaction in Hesperia, California, as well as the representation of a tenant in a recently completed ±522,267 square foot industrial lease transaction in Chino, California.
