He has been instrumental in designing and leasing corporate business parks for speculative developers and sold over 120 acres of industrially zoned land in the  Inland Empire, North Orange County and Mid-Counties marketplace. John has leased and sold over 88 Million square feet of new ground up and existing industrial and R&D properties.
