Professional Experience

Ken started with Collins Commercial Corporation in December, 1985 and joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services 2010. Ken has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in selling and leasing industrial buildings, investment sales and land in Chino and throughout the Inland Empire and qualified for the President’s Club Award in 2010, 2014, 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021. He is a past chairman of the Economic Development Committee and Board Member of the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce. On behalf of his clients he is pursuing several land, building, build-to-suit and investment opportunities. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) where he served on the Executive Committee and was the 2005 President of the Inland Empire/Orange County Chapter. In 2007 Ken received his CCIM designation which required four Advanced classes in Investment Analysis.
