CAREER SUMMARY
Since joining DAUM Commercial Real Estate in 1993, Melinda Walsh has been an extremely influential presence in the Ventura County area for future development. Over the past ten years she, along with her partner, Mike Walsh, has been responsible for working on the development of over 3 million square feet of industrial product in the Oxnard area alone. Over the past few years the team completed over 150 transactions totaling close to 1,900,000 square feet of commercial property valued at $100,000,000. The Walsh Team has been a dominant force in the Ventura County commercial real estate market for over 15 years. Melinda has a strong background in commercial finance and investment analysis and has been recognized as one of DAUM Commercial’s top producers. Melinda has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years, including 16 years with DAUM Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining DAUM, Melinda worked in the commercial real estate finance industry securing financing for retail construction, multi-family housing and industrial centers in the mid and southeastern United States. She also specialized in commercial secondary marketing and asset management on properties throughout the United States.
