CAREER SUMMARY                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Mitch Conlee joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in 1986 specializing in industrial and commercial real estate. Throughout the past thirty five (35) years, Mitch has been a consistent top producer developing a strong business foundation based on hard work and lasting relationships with local, regional, national and corporate clients.

SPECIALIZATION
Consultation and representation involving negotiations in Industrial sales, leases, land sales, development services, leased investments, sale/ lease-backs, tenant representation, and corporate services. These services also include: market analysis, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and property opinion of value.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Consistently over the years, Mitch has earned both company and industry-wide recognition for outstanding performance. In 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. He has continually throughout his career been a member of DAUM’s prestigious President’s Club. He has also consistently been in the top ten company wide and number one agent in DAUM’s Ventura County office.
Mitch represented Marcus/Adams Investments in the acquisition and sale of an 8-property industrial portfolio located in the Flynn Road Industrial Park in Camarillo, totaling 205,669 SF. He also handled one of the largest build to suits in the Oxnard plain totaling approximately 200,000 SF.
