CAREER SUMMARY
Mr. Phelan has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 25 years and specializes in industrial, office and investment properties primarily in the San Gabriel Valley. A former general contractor, Mr. Phelan has developed, constructed and managed more than $18 million in multi-family residential and commercial properties. He has been involved in over $15 million in real estate investment property sales transactions and has represented numerous investment partnerships and investment groups for the sale or purchase of apartment, office and hotel properties. In addition, he has been involved in over $5 million in real estate office lease transactions. Mr. Phelan is also a former Certified Property Manager (CPM) which is award by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
