DAUM BOARD OF DIRECTORS

DAUM elected Trevor McKendry to Board of Directors in 2025. Prior to Board of Directors Trevor sat on an Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors in 2019. This Advisory Committee put forward industry trends, forecasts, and provided growth strategies for the future of DAUM, throughout all 10 offices. Trevor’s business productiveness, coupled with his Team’s coverage, will continue to push DAUM as a market leader.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Trevor McKendry joined DAUM after achieving a B.S.B.A in Finance and Pre-law Thematic from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in May of 2011. Now, as a principal, and shareholder in DAUM, he is an Executive Vice President and one of the youngest in DAUM history to achieve these accolades. His team consists of two senior partners and two instrumental colleagues. Their expertise is strengthened by a dedicated operations team including marketing and research staff for a full suite of capabilities. The team’s focus remains on the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate assets for private capital and institutional owners in the greater Phoenix market. Trevor applies his analytical abilities and financial background to advise corporations and investors with strategic real estate solutions. His in depth knowledge of the market has been showcased through several developer phases including site selection and feasibility, acquisition, construction, timely lease up, and disposition. He has qualified for DAUM’s prestigious “President’s Club” since 2015 and has been amongst the top 10 producers (over 150 agents).
