Trevor McKendry joined DAUM after achieving a B.S.B.A in Finance and Pre-law Thematic from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in May of 2011.  Now, as a principal, and shareholder in DAUM, he is an Executive Vice President and one of the youngest in DAUM history to achieve these accolades.  His team consists of two senior partners and two instrumental colleagues.  Their expertise is strengthened by a dedicated operations team including marketing and research staff for a full suite of capabilities.  Trevor McKendry remains focused on the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate assets for private and institutional owners in the greater Phoenix market.  Trevor applies his analytical abilities and financial background to advise corporations and investors with strategic and optimal real estate solutions.  His in depth knowledge of the market has been showcased through several developer phases including site selection and feasibility, acquisition, construction, timely lease up, and disposition.  He has qualified for DAUM’s prestigious “President’s Club” since 2015 and has been amongst the top 10 producers (over 150 agents).


DAUM implemented an Advisory Committee to the Board of Directors in 2019, which Trevor sits on.  This Advisory Committee puts forward industry trends, forecasts, and provides growth strategies for the future of DAUM, throughout all 10 offices.
