DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it
represented the tenant in the leasing of 16,000 square feet of space in
Woodland Hills, CA.  The property is located at 5901 DeSoto Avenue and
consists of a 30,100 square foot building on 2.16 acres of land.  The
building was built in 1976 and will serve as offices and a sanctuary for
the church.  The total consideration of the lease was approximately
$1.4 million.

Giann Vitale of DAUM’s Woodland Hills office represented the tenant, Shepard of the Hills- Hillcrest Christian Church, while the landlord, 5901 Associates, LLC represented itself in the transaction.
