DAUM REPRESENTS BOTH PARTIES IN THE SALE OF A 18,500 SF INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT PROPERTY IN UPLAND, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of an 18,500 square foot industrial building in Upland, CA. The property is located at 1333 W. 9th Street and sits on 4.75 acres of land. The building offers approximately 4,000 square feet of office space, 16’ clearance, one dock-high loading position and three ground level loading doors, and a fenced yard. The total consideration of the sale was $3,290,000 ($178 PSF).

Chris Migliori of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the buyer, Bluewater-Dupont LLC, while Eric Burney of DAUM’s Inland Empire office represented the seller, Philip J. Gentile Jr. Trust in the transaction. The property was sold as a leased investment, Cascade Drilling LP being the sole tenant in the building.
