DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of a 21,081 square foot industrial condo building in Garden Grove, CA.  The property is located at 12640 Westminster Avenue and is part of the Garden Grove Commerce Park.  The building is offers approximately 4,500 sq. ft. of office space, 21’ clearance, and a fenced yard with one grade level loading door.  The total consideration of the sale was $2,846,000 ($135.00 PSF).
