DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of a 29,197 square foot single tenant industrial building in City of Industry, CA.  The property is located at 803 Tucker Lane and sits on 1.27 acres of land.  The building offers approximately 1,800 square feet of office space, 20’ clearance, three ground level loading doors, and 800 Amps of power.  The total consideration of the sale was $3,925,000 ($134 PSF).
