Trenton Avenue in Orange, CA.  The 29,330 square-foot freestanding building sits on 1.68 acres of land, large fenced yard, 8,000 sf of high image executive office space, 18’ clearance, 2.0 per 1,000 parking, five (5) ground level loading doors.
