DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of a 4,320 square foot office building located in Sun Valley, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $1,815,000 ($420 PSF).

Chris Sullivan and Larry McEwan of DAUM’s San Fernando Valley office represented the seller, and James Connor, also of DAUM’s San Fernando Valley office represented the buyer in the transaction.  The property is located at 9701-9723 Glenoaks Boulevard in Sun Valley, CA.  The property features a 4,320 square foot office building on 39,701 square feet of land.  The two-story office building was completed in 1992 and includes both M2 and C2 zoning, a large gated yard and access from two streets.  The buyer intends to occupy the building as an owner/user.
