DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented AJAN Properties Limited Partnership in the purchase of a 41,655 square foot industrial building located in Costa Mesa, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $6,331,560 ($152 PSF).

Mike Barreiro and Gavin Denniston of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the Buyer in the transaction. The industrial property is located at 320 Kalmus Drive in Costa Mesa, CA.
