DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Freeway Towing in the acquisition of a 15,862 square foot  industrial building,  located in Monterey Park, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $1.5 million ($95 PSF).  The building offers 14’ clearance, 1 dock high and 1 ground level loading door and approximately 4,450 square feet of office space.

Charles Johnson of DAUM’s City of Industry office represented the buyer in the transaction. The property is located at 1350 Monterey Pass Road in Monterey Park, CA.
