DAUM REPRESENTS BUYER IN THE ACQUISITION OF A 16,131 SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING LOCATED IN CORONA, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 16,131 square foot freestanding industrial building in Corona, CA. The property is located at 392 N. Smith Avenue and sits on approximately 0.93-acres of land. The building was completed in 1989, and offers approximately 1,000 square feet of office, 18′ clearance height, two (2) grade level loading positions, and a parking ratio of 2.82 per 1,000 square feet. The total consideration of the sale was $2,255,000 ($140 PSF).
