DAUM REPRESENTS BUYER IN THE ACQUISITION OF A $29 MILLION MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING IN GLENDALE, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Cypress West Partners (CHP) in the acquisition of a 76,758 square foot medical office building in Glendale, CA. The property is located at 1500 E Chevy Chase Drive and consists of a 4-story, 76,758 square foot building on 0.69 acre of lot. The building was built in 2008 and sits on the Glendale Adventist Medical Center campus. The total consideration of the sale was $29,000,000 ($378 PSF).
