DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented a private investment group, RNC LLC in the purchase of a leased office investment property in Whittier, CA. The total consideration of the purchase was $8,400,000 ($216 PSF). The building is located at 7200 Greenleaf Avenue, which is a 3-story multi-tenant office building totaling approximately 38,919 square feet, which includes a 95 car parking structure and was completed in 1981.

Dennis Sandoval and Andy Hu of DAUM’s Industry office represented the buyer, while Ben Gott and John Pomer of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller, MB Investment Group, in the transaction.
