DAUM REPRESENTS BUYER IN THE ACQUISITION OF A 492,869 SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ON 19.23-ACRES IN SOUTH GATE, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented buyer in the acquisition of a 492,869 square foot industrial building in South Gate, CA.  The property is located at 2323 E. Firestone Boulevard and consists of a 492,869 square foot building on 19.23 acres of land.  The two-story building was built in 1941 and offers ten (10) dock high loading positions, six (6) grade level loading doors and 6,000 amps of power.  The total consideration of the sale was not disclosed, but the property size makes it the 3rd largest  industrial sale in L.A. County during the past 10 years.
