The property is located at 15391 Springdale Street and consists of a 61,048 square foot building on 2.78 acres of land. The building was built in 1984 and offers 24’ clearance, 37,816 square feet of office space, dock-high loading, 1,200 Amps of power and 3.2 per 1,000 parking. The total consideration of the sale was $6,440,564 ($105.50 PSF).
