DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented buyer in the acquisition of a high image corporate headquarters building in Corona, CA. The property is located at 250 Benjamin Drive and consists of a 72,950 square foot building on 4.72 acres of land and includes 19,508 square feet of high image office space. There is secured yard/parking, 91 freeway visibility, bonus mezzanine, M1 zoned, built in 1999 and is sprinklered. There are six (6) dock high loading positions, four (4) grade level loading doors and 800 amps, 277/480 volts power. The total consideration of the sale was $6,566,000 ($90 PSF).
