DAUM REPRESENTS BUYER IN THE PURCHASE OF A 16,113 SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL BUILDING LOCATED IN CORONA, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 16,113 square foot industrial building in Corona, CA.  The building is located at 2490 Anselmo Drive and sits on 1.06 acres of land.  The building offers approximately 1,200 square feet of office space, 18’ clearance, one grade-level loading door, and 800 Amps of power.  The total consideration of the sale was $2,110,803 ($131 PSF).

Steve Crane of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the buyer, Olguin Property Investments, LLC, and David Cox of Cox Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.
