DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 19,952 square foot industrial building in Los Angeles, CA.  The property is located at 2611-2619 Exposition Boulevard and sits on 0.86 acres of land.  The property was purchased by the buyer to operate its furniture design and custom fabrication business.  The total consideration of the sale was $5,000,000 ($250.60 PSF).
