DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the landlord in the leasing of approximately 43,627 square feet of industrial space in Ontario, CA. JCT Logistics, the tenant, signed a new lease at 2130 S Haven Avenue in Ontario, CA. The freestanding distribution building was completed in 2001 and offers approximately 6,400 square feet of office, 24′ clearance, four (4) dock high and four (4) ground level loading positions, a fully fenced yard and sits on a 1.94-acre lot. The new lease is valued near $1.8 million.
