DAUM REPRESENTS LANDLORD IN THE LEASING OF 21,000 SQ. FT. OF GROCERY ANCHOR RETAIL SPACE IN VENTURA, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the landlord in the leasing of approximately 21,000 square feet of grocery anchor space in Ventura, CA. Grocery Outlet and Bargain Market has signed a new lease at 9300 Telephone Road and will be taking over the former Ralph’s space at the 63,000 square foot, Central Plaza Shopping Center. The neighborhood center was originally built in 1967 and was renovated in 2006, and is currently 90% leased.

Michael Wurtzel of DAUM’s Ventura County office along with Patti Kutschko of DAUM’s North Los Angeles office represented the landlord, while Scott Burns of JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.
