DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the landlord in the leasing of approximately 24,400 square feet of industrial space in Santa Ana, CA.

Ink N Burn, Inc. has signed a new 72-month lease at 1124 E. 17^th Street. DAUM Commercial coordinated major renovations to the facility including a new roof, HVAC, a climate controlled warehouse area and 5,000 square feet of new office space. The six-year lease is valued near $1.24 million.

Craig Sullivan and Charlie Winn of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the landlord, while Dale Camera of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, in the transaction.
