Garnsey Street and consists of a 31,489 square foot building on 2.09 acres of land.  The building was built in 1975 and offers approximately 4,803 square feet of office space, eleven (11) dock high loading doors, one (1) grade level loading door and a fenced yard.  The total consideration of the lease was approximately $1.25 million.
