DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the landlord in the leasing of a 70,285 square foot contractor’s yard in Stanton, CA.  The property is located at 11140 Western Avenue and consists of approximately 3,280 square foot warehouse building and modular offices.  The total consideration of the lease was approximately $1.1 million.

Chris Migliori of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the landlord, KCG Group, while Darrell Robb of Robb RE represented the tenant, Natco Pregra, Inc. in the transaction.
