DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented FML/Colton Partners, LLC (landlord) in the leasing of 75,377 square feet of industrial space located in Colton, CA. C&M Fine Pack, LLC (tenant), a global disposable food packaging supplier, signed a 25-month lease for Unit A at 1501 E Cooley Drive.

Mark Zorn and Tal Siglar of DAUM’s Inland Empire office represented Fontana Industrial Center, Inc. (landlord) in the transaction.

C&M Fine Pack, LLC (tenant) was represented by Art Day and Dan de la Paz of CB Richard Ellis.
