DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented World Oil Corp in the leasing of 80,480 square feet of industrial space within the 108,288 square foot, Unit A building, located within the Valley Gateway Business Park in Sylmar, CA. Corner Records Management, LLC signed a new 5-year lease which will commence the end of February 2012. The space features approximately 7,000 square feet of office space, 28-foot clearance and 7 dock high loading doors.
