DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented ACIP, LLC in the leasing of a 116,000 square foot industrial building on 5.87-acres of land, located in Corona, CA. TNT Plastics, Inc. signed a 6-year lease which will begin in February 2012, with a total consideration of more than $2.4 million. The building features 13,000 square feet of office space, 24-foot clearance, 2500 Amps of power and excellent ground level and dock high loading, making it an ideal corporate headquarter facility.
