Dennis Marciniak and Larry McEwan of DAUM’s San Fernando Valley office represented the landlord in the transaction. The property is located at 20200 Sunburst Street.

Jeff Abraham of Colliers International represented New Look Cosmetics, Inc., the tenant in this transaction.
