DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Young Generation Video, Inc. in the leasing of a 36,498 square foot industrial building located in Valencia, CA. All Body Fitness, LLC signed a 62-month lease for the concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse building located at 28328 W Witherspoon Parkway. The building was completed in 2000 and offers 24’ clearance, approximately 7,000 square feet of office space and excellent dock high and ground level loading.

Dennis Marciniak and Larry McEwan of DAUM’s San Fernando Valley office represented the landlord in the transaction, while Trevor Gale of Beitler Commercial represented the tenant.
