DAUM REPRESENTS SELLER IN THE DISPOSITION OF A $3.95 MILLION INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN ANAHEIM, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the seller in the disposition of a 16,900 square-foot industrial building in Santa Ana, CA. The property is located at 3431 E La Palma Avenue and sits on approximately 0.96-acres of land. The building completed in 1978, and offers approximately 2,400 square feet of office space, 18’ clearance, 1,000 amps of power, four grade level and one dock high loading position. The total consideration of the sale was $3,950,000 ($234 PSF).
