The property is located at 3431 E La Palma Avenue and sits on approximately 0.96-acres of land. The building completed in 1978, and offers approximately 2,400 square feet of office space, 18’ clearance, 1,000 amps of power, four grade level and one dock high loading position. The total consideration of the sale was $3,950,000 ($234 PSF).
