DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Wells Fargo, N.A. in the disposition of a 20,520 square foot industrial building located in Chatsworth, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $2,257,000 ($110 PSF).

Chris Migliori of DAUM’s Orange County office, along with Kevin Tamura and Chris Sullivan of DAUM’s San Fernando Valley office teamed up to represent the seller in the transaction.  The property is located at 8944 Fullbright Avenue in Chatsworth, CA.  The 20,520 square-foot building sits on 1.03 acres of land and was built in 1969.  The building was renovated with a new roof and electrical panels prior to the sale and features 18’ clearance, a fenced yard and two loading doors.

The buyer, Empire State of Mind LLC, was represented by Keller Williams Realty.
