DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced that it represented Wallace, Plese Dreher, the Lessee, in the lease of a 10,549 sq. ft. office located in the Chandler Corporate Center, Chandler, Arizona.

Kirk Jenkins of DAUM’s Phoenix office represented Wallace Plese Dreher in their leasing of the building located at 500 N Juniper Drive, Chandler, Chandler Corporate Center. WP D will be locating their corporate offices to the new location.

DAUM announces that Wallace, Plese Dreher (WP D), one of the leading certified public accounting firms in the Arizona and the Southwest, will move its office to Chandler Corporate Center and occupy 10,549 square feet of office space. The expected move-in date will be in August. The Rockefeller Group, owners of the building, is also relocating their Southwest offices to the building.
